In South Korea, mom-and-pop fried chicken joints are a common sight on every block. Jinduk Seh, the founder of BonChon, had a larger vision—to share his favorite comfort food with the world. Driven by passion and determination, Jinduk Seh mastered the art of frying chicken, achieving a paper-thin, crispy exterior while maintaining tender, juicy meat. To complete the fried chicken experience, Jinduk Seh thought of developing two irresistible glazes that represent the rich and authentic flavors of Korea: Soy Garlic and Spicy, which are now made in Korea and shipped worldwide. After years of hard work, BonChon has successfully shared the vibrant flavors of Korea globally.
