1. Who can sign up on B-Hive Connect?

Anyone who owns or represents a business in the Philippines can sign up. Whether you're a solo entrepreneur, a small sari-sari store, or a growing company, Bhive Connect is for you.

2. Is there a fee to join?

Signing up is free. The Free plan gives one user the CRM, simple sales and expense tracking, reports and export, one Buzz a day, 10 active products and 10 active chats.

Pro (₱499/month or ₱5,000/year) adds unlimited chats and Buzz, up to 100 active products, B-Keeper Advanced mode, all your quotes and orders, and search priority.

Team (₱1,299/month or ₱13,000/year) is everything in Pro for 3 users including the owner, with roles, permissions and team management. Additional users are ₱300 per user a month (₱3,000 a year), prorated daily.

Every company can try Pro free for 14 days, once, with no card needed. You go back to Free when it ends unless you subscribe.

Paying yearly gets you two months free. Prices include VAT.

3. What do I need to prepare before signing up?

You’ll need:
   • Your business name
   • Address or location
   • A description of what your business offers
   • A logo or photo (optional but recommended)

4. How long does it take to set up a profile?

Just 2 minutes! The sign-up form is quick and easy. You can edit or add more details later.

5. Can I sign up even if I don’t have a DTI/SEC registration?

Yes. B-Hive Connect supports all types of businesses — formal or informal. A registered business is ideal but not required for creating a standard profile.

6. Can I use B-Hive Connect if I don’t have a website?

Yes! Your B-Hive profile can serve as your digital presence. You can share your profile link on Facebook, Instagram, or with potential customers.

7. How do I get more visibility on the platform?

Upgrade to Pro or Team to appear at the top of search results, post unlimited buzzes, feature up to 100 products, and become eligible for verification.

8. Can I edit my profile after signing up?

Yes. You can update your profile, offerings, and other details anytime.

9. What if I need help setting up?

We’re here for you! You can message B-Hive Connect support directly through the platform, or send us a message via email or Facebook.
